Balance Scale is a picture puzzle that teaches the thinking behind algebra without any letters. Each scale is perfectly balanced, and by comparing them, swapping shapes and subtracting you can work out how much the mystery shape weighs. After every puzzle you see the step-by-step reasoning, so players of all ages learn how to crack it. Harder levels mix several shapes and need two scales read together.
